Borrell 84 is a 2 rooms apartment of 35 sq.m., on the first floor of its building with lift, in the district known as Eixample.

With its design and equipment, the Borrell Apartment 84 makes the best of its 37 sq.m: one double room loft style with a double bed and wardrobe, one living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The Borrell Apartment 84 has all the facilities and equipment for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. The equipment includes air-conditioned, heating, television LCD with DVD, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and mixer.

The apartment is located on Comte Borrell street in the Eixample district. The area is well communicated with other places of interest in Barcelona: at only ten minutes walk from Las Ramblas and very close to the metro stations Urgell ( the red line L1) and Sant Antoni ( the purple line L2). In addition, there are many bus lines on Gran Via at only 150 meters (a couple of minutes).

The Eixample is the quarter designed during the middle of the 19th century by Ildefons Cerdà, expanding the medieval city of Barcelona into space left empty for defense outside the citywalls. It's an enormous field of rectangular blocks in an continuously repeating layout, with the constant thread of getting lost (at least for those used to european cities. Eixample contains most of the modernist buildings, including La Pedrera , Casa Batlló and La Sagrada Família . A very interesting example for planned urban development and subsequent re-planing and restucturing.
