The building is at only 150 meters from Las Ramblas, of the Liceo Theatre of Barcelona, the Monument to Columbus and the Cathedral.

The building is an antique 14th century small palace, totally renovated but conserving its historical facade. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator, with direct exit to the apartment´s floor, and has a surface of 50 sq.m. It is luxury 2 rooms apartment, tastefully decorated and totally equipped.

The Colon apartment offers a spacious living room with a sofa-bed, sofa and dining table. Design wooden kitchen, totally equipped. Double suite room with a queen size bed and complete bath with shower. The apartment has a double balcony, with view over the port.

Gothic Quarter, Barcelona historical centre

Usually full of street theatre, cafés and market stalls, it serves as the emotional hub of Barcelona.
