Gracia Apartment is a luxury flat located in the historical centre of Barcelona, close to the famous Paseo de Gracia, where you can find some of the finest architectural masterpieces including Gaudi’s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.

The apartment is hosted on the first floor of a renovated building which conserves its antique facade. It is a design apartment of 35 sq.m., with restored wooden ceiling, parquet floor and modern kitchen, which also has a small balcony outside.

The layout of the Gracia apartment includes an entrance hall, living-room with a double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, double room with a King size bed, half-open to the living room and bathroom with corner bath tub.

The apartment equipment includes air conditioning (Hot/Cold), vitro-ceramic stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, washing machine, TV and DVD , iron, iron board, Internet access.
Wi-fi internet is also available at this apartment.

Gracia

Gracia, at the north end of the Passeig de Gràcia, is the most distinctively Catalan neighborhood to be found in easy walking distance of Barcelona center. A prosperous neighborhood, Gràcia nonetheless has more a local than a cosmopolitan feel to it, with much of life lived on the many public squares. It´s also a very good place to start (or finish) a walk through the most important modernist buildings.

Security deposit for damages requested on arrival 150 euros, refundable at the end of your stay.

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

Parking: Public parking available at 40 m. from the building, we can direct you when you arrive.

Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash or by credit card.

Minimum stay: Minimum stay requirement 3 nights.
Exception: 7 nights for New Year and 16 - 21 February
5 nights for 6 - 13 April and 7 - 10 May
