Located on the first floor of a building from the beginning of the 20th century, renovated and with lift, the Gran Via Apartment 273 can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons.

The Gran Via Apartment 273 has 55 sq.m. and consists in one double room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchen and with a sofa-bed.

The modern furnishing and the functional design of this touristic apartment is completed with quality equipment: air conditioned and heating, internet Wi-Fi, parquet, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

The kitchen, as well of cooking utensils, includes a dishwasher and fridge, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, fruit squeezer and mixer.

The proximity to Plaza España (Spain Square) with its Magic Fountain and also to the Monjuic Mountain locates the Gran Via Apartment 273 in one of the most visited areas of Barcelona.

On the other hand, the large network of bus lines that run on Gran Via and two metro lines with stations in the Spain Square (L1- red line and L3 – the green line) connects very well the Gran Via Apartment 273 with the other parts of the city, including the airport, Las Ramblas or the beaches of Barcelona. Eixample, Barcelona

The Eixample is the quarter designed during the middle of the 19th century by Ildefons Cerdà, expanding the medieval city of Barcelona into space left empty for defense outside the citywalls. It's an enormous field of rectangular blocks in an continuously repeating layout, with the constant thread of getting lost (at least for those used to european cities. Eixample contains most of the modernist buildings, including La Pedrera , Casa Batlló and La Sagrada Família . A very interesting example for planned urban development and subsequent re-planing and restucturing.
