With capacity of up to 5 people, this luminous flat of 80 m2 is located in one of the most picturesque quarters of the city: the Raval, next to the Gothic quarter. Carme Apartment is located on the second floor of an antique 19-century building, and consists in: totally repaired and equipped kitchen opened to the entrance hall; two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. We can add one more single bed in the second bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Its rustic and elegant style with wooden floor and uncovered wooden beams, as well as the sight to the Basilica of Sant Llatzer add a romantic flavor to the apartment.

Carme Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, CD player y radio. The kitchen equipment includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, fruit squeezer and microwave. There is a laundry service 30 m from the flat.

Located on Del Carmen road, inside the Raval quarter where the artists and designers have their studios and the art galleries, the Carme flat is very close to places of great cultural and artistic interest as MACBA( Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona), the Picasso Museum, Las Ramblas, the Gothic quarter, the Cathedral and the beaches of La Barceloneta.

Moreover, the apartment is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants where you can enjoy the contemporary culinary fusion that are so valued at the moment.

Raval

One of the quarters of Ciutat Vella, the historical centre of Barcelona. Raval starts at Las Ramblas and stretches through San Antoni Square. Neighbor to the Gothic Quarter, Raval is a bohemian quarter filled with alternative bars and clubs, and art galleries.

The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Cleaning fee: 30 euros applies only to bookings less than 3 nights. For 3 nights stays or more, cleaning fee is included in the cost of accommodation.

Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash or by credit card.

Minimum stay : For High and Holiday Season the minimum stay requirement is 3 nights.
