The apartments consist in: Double room (with double bed and wardrobe); small room (with a single bed and wardrobe); bathroom (with shower); beautiful, sunny dining-room (of 15 sq.m. ); kitchen (fully equipped).

The equipment at the apartment allows comfortable accommodation for your stay, with all the comfort of home brought to the beautiful city of Barcelona. There is air conditioning and central heating, fridge, oven, stove and microwave, iron, all cooking utensils needed, TV.

Gracia

Gracia, at the north end of the Passeig de Gràcia, is the most distinctively Catalan neighborhood to be found in easy walking distance of Barcelona center. A prosperous neighborhood, Gràcia nonetheless has more a local than a cosmopolitan feel to it, with much of life lived on the many public squares. It´s also a very good place to start (or finish) a walk through the most important modernist buildings.

The prices include towels, linen, cleaning of the apartments at the beginning of your stay, hot water and heating, VAT and all taxes. There are no hidden extras.

Cleaning fee: 30 euros.

Payment: 20% required at the time of booking. 80% balance payment on arrival, in cash or by credit card.

Minimum stay : The minimum stay requirement is 4 nights.

For late arrivals after 23:00PM and for arrivals during weekend there is a fee of 50 euros.
