Next to the longest commercial street of Europe, Sants, and 50 meters from the Badal metro station and several bus stops, the Carreras Candi Apartment is a cozy and modern apartment, completely restored and decorated at the end of the 2008.
The Candi Apartment is 70 m2 on the last floor of the building with lift; it is a very sunny apartment with an excellent layout. The apartment has 4 rooms: a double bedroom with double bed and a closet; a room with 2 single beds, closet and writing-desk; and a third room with bunk beds, closet and writing-desk. The apartment also has a comfortable living room, an independent and well equipped kitchen and as all our apartments, a private bathroom.
The equipment at this comfortable and practical apartment includes: LCD TV, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, air conditioned and heating, irons and ironing board, hair drye, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. By its size and characteristics, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of 4 people, although it can accommodate comfortably until a up to 6 people.
The apartment is very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city: next to Bus stations and metro station Badal (blue line L5), and within 10 minutes from the train station Sants, which allows you to get to with any point of the city in few minutes. There are also 2 bus lines which take you directly to the beaches of Barcelona.
Its proximity to the stage of Soccer Barcelona Club and to the BARCELONA Fairy Hall 2, is an advantage that completes the apartment’s comfort and quality.
Sants is a neighbourhood of Barcelona , in the southern zone of the city. It belongs to the district of Sants-Montjuïc , and here you can find the Plaza España with the Fair Halls, the Art Museum Palace, the Montjuic hill and FC Barcelona stadium. Sants is a neighbourhood with a clear identity, a consequence of its historical origins: it was an independent village until 1897 , when it became part of Barcelona.

Payment:
A deposit of 20% is required to finalize your reservation for this apartment, to be completed within 3 days . Upon receiving it we will issue an updated confirmation of your booking and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
The cleaning fee of 50 euros is also required on arrival.
The payment of remaining balance can be done on arrival in cash. On arrival there is a security deposit for potential damages, of 200 euros, refundable at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and we are notified of cancellation with short notice before the scheduled arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation.
There are no charges for cancellation if you notify us more than 30 days before arrival, and the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be returned to you. If we are notified of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation charges are as follows:
100% of the deposit paid if the cancellation is done 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival.
Please note that in the event of sickness or change of flights on last minute the cancellation cost may be covered by your travel insurance (you should check the conditions of your travel insurance for more details).
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. In practice we rarely had this situation, like for instance if the plumbing or electric installations have a problem that cannot be fixed right away; in this case our obligation is to provide you with alternative arrangements.
Check-in and Check-out:
The standard check-in time is at 15:00 and standard check-out before 11:00.
We may be able to arrange early check in, depending on the actual situation of each reservation. We should be able to confirm the possibility of early check in on request, 2 days before scheduled arrival. For early or late check-ins and check outs, there is an extra fee as follows:
Check in between 20:00 and 24:00 - 20 euros
Check in between 24:00 and 7:00 - 50 euros
Check in between 7:00 and 8:00 - 20 euros
Check out before 8:00 - 30 euros
One of our colleagues will meet you at the apartment to greet you and give you your keys. Please take note of the contact number above.
Please make sure you don’t forget anything inside the apartment on your check out. We will do our best to help out in case you tell us you have forgotten items at the apartment, however we cannot be held responsible for their loss.

If you are driving to Barcelona, please remember that if you wish to rent a car from another country, you must tell the rental company that you wish to take the car out of the country and where you want to take it to. The rental company will have to provide you with all the paperwork, including the authority to take your rental car out of the country. It is vital that you have that letter of authority and also confirmation of insurance cover. If you have a car from a country that is not part of the European Union, you will also need its green card.
Visa and other requirements for traveling to Spain:
If you are from a country that does not need Schengen visa for Spain (except for the other countries of the European Union), please note that your passport must be valid for a period of at least 90 days beyond the expected length of stay in Spain. Depending on the country you are from, this period might be longer, up to 6 months beyond the expected length of stay.
If you are traveling on an American, Canadian, or Australian passport or one issued by a member country of the European Union, or a country with a visa waiver agreement with Spain, no visa is required.
Please note that if you do not need visa for Spain, your passport must be valid for a period of at least 90 days beyond the expected length of stay.
Visas are currently required for visitors traveling on Russian and African passports and from most Asian countries.
